After taking this course, my thoughts on career branding have completely changed. I came across this course while I was considering a job change as a product designer, and through this course, I was able to learn how to build myself as a brand beyond simply writing a resume and preparing for an interview. In addition, it systematically covered the entire process of job preparation, including how to write a resume, how to use LinkedIn, and salary negotiation, and provided very practical solutions. In particular, the detailed guide on composing a resume and portfolio was impressive. Instead of simply listing my career, I learned how to strategically highlight my strengths, and I was able to improve my portfolio so that it could demonstrate my problem-solving skills and branding. I also learned how to use LinkedIn as a ‘branding tool’, which was a great help in expanding my network and creating opportunities. I was also able to learn how to confidently approach salary negotiations without fear.
