int a, b = 5; 라고 두가지 변수에 같은 값을 동시에 넣는 것은 본적이 있는데요.
m이라는 변수에 두가지 값을 동시에 넣는 거로 해석이 돼서 이해가 안 갑니다

int a=5, b; 이렇게 선언한 것이라 생각하면 됩니다.
Integer.MIN_VALUE 는 변수가 아니라 상수값입니다.
