The strength to protect myself even in a difficult day, 2-Week Emotional Recovery Challenge Season 4

This challenge is a 14-day emotion logging challenge where you spend 5 to 10 minutes a day filling out the same worksheet to record the state of your body and mind. Each day, you will briefly check your pain, energy, and emotions, and leave a single line about your feelings for that day. The goal is not to write "well," but to keep a record so as not to lose your current self. Based on my experience of enduring times when painful days outnumbered painless ones through recording, I have designed this in a way that can be sustained without overexertion. It is okay to be imperfect, and the structure allows you to return even if you miss a day, helping you find your own direction toward recovery at your own pace.

I spent a time when there were more days of pain than days without it

I am someone who has endured through recording and come back to life through recording.

What is more important than visible success is

I learned that it is the practice of not losing my current self.

Even if you don't grow spectacularly, even if you aren't perfect,

The moments I spent enduring by writing down my feelings for five minutes a day eventually saved me.

The skill I possess is not some grand technique, but rather

It is the power of observing the heart and leaving it in writing.

Just as small records accumulate and gradually change the temperature of life,

I want to help someone's 14 days move in the direction of recovery as well.

As someone who has come back to life through the act of recording,

I want to create that slow change together.

This challenge is conducted by filling out the same single worksheet every day.


5–10 minutes a day,

Record your physical condition and emotions for the day, along with one thing you accomplished despite them.


✔ No new lectures or assignments are added every day.

✔ Even if you miss a day, you can always come back.

✔ It's okay if you don't write much; just checking in is enough.


The goal of this challenge is

It's not about writing well,

It is a practice of not losing your current self.


At your own pace,

You can simply go through these 14 days together without any pressure.
