This is an interactive, open lecture directly led by a former executive in procurement from a major corporation. Hello, I am Su-cheol Kim.

I have worked in the field of purchasing and procurement for 30 years. I oversaw the global procurement of agricultural and bio-raw materials worth trillions of won annually at CJ CheilJedang, and I have hands-on experience gained directly in global markets, including three years at the CBOT in Chicago and two years in Australia.

I have personally handled almost every area of procurement—from derivative hedging strategies based on my futures broker license to market analysis of major agri-commodities such as soybeans, corn, palm oil, and raw sugar, as well as chemical and energy procurement, equipment and construction procurement, ESG procurement, and supply chain redesign.

This is what I believe: "Procurement is not a skill, but a mindset."
