[Free Live] The Only Region-Based + Credence-Goods Brand Growth Methodology: Delta Branding
How much longer will professionals like doctors have to rely on advertising? Brand growth strategies for businesses whose expertise is difficult to assess directly, such as hospitals, law firms, tax practices, and consulting firms. Why do most professionals fail at marketing even after increasing their advertising, writing blogs, managing social media, creating websites, and working hard to showcase their experience and expertise? What is the moment when locally based professional representatives become a single “brand,” and what are the specific strategies for achieving it? In this free LIVE session, we’ll explore the answers to these questions, starting with the characteristics of “trust goods” as a product.

How should an expert be branded? I am Jin-woo Hong, a marketer who ponders and researches this question.
For the past 9 years, I have sold products myself and managed marketing for various businesses, ranging from general enterprises to hospitals and clinics. I currently run a marketing agency, overseeing my clients' businesses and marketing efforts firsthand.
In the medical field, I have planned and produced over 4,000 pieces of content, and I have also conducted marketing training for the Gwangju Culture & Arts Center citizen journalism team, as well as for representatives and directors of gym and Pilates brands.
There is one problem I have seen repeatedly while working.
While marketing methods continue to increase,
The fact is, it has become even more difficult for business owners to determine what they should actually be doing right now.
You don't need to learn everything from advertising, content, and branding to websites, SEO, and even AI.
I believe the most important task is to first look at the business problems and establish criteria for judging what needs to be done and what does not.
At Inflearn as well, I want to share how to look at marketing as a whole and how to make judgments for yourself, rather than focusing on techniques for specific channels.
Hello.
I’m Hong Jin-woo of Delta Branding, a branding expert specializing in building trust.
Over the past nine years, I have gained diverse hands-on experience, from product sales to brand marketing and hospital marketing. Today, through DELTA BRANDING, a brand growth strategy for trust-based markets such as hospitals and professional services, where customers have difficulty judging service quality in advance, I strategically help the leaders of various professional practices build their brands.
I have personally carried out more than 100 branding and marketing projects, and I continue to conduct relevant research to validate and develop specific brand growth methodologies suited to the trust goods sector.
We contribute articles and conduct research for domestic media outlets including MAD Times, as well as international journals and professional media such as WARC and JASIST, on credence goods, professional services branding, consumer judgment, brand growth strategies, and marketing theory.
Delta Branding's Mission
- Local professional services require a different growth strategy.
Professional services such as hospitals, dental clinics, Korean medicine clinics, lawyers, and tax accountants are sold differently from ordinary consumer goods.
Even before purchasing a service, customers often find it difficult to accurately assess the provider’s expertise,
and even after using the service, they may still find it difficult to determine whether it was truly a good decision.
Nevertheless, most professional-services marketing uses methods borrowed almost wholesale from the traditional consumer-goods market, such as advertising, blogs, social media, reviews, USPs, and personal branding.
I think we need to take another look at this part.
- Make expertise a concrete reason for choosing you, not an advertising slogan.
“I have 20 years of experience.”
“We care about our patients.”
“We provide thorough care.”
“We do not over-treat.”
It’s a good message, but every competitor could say something similar.
The true difference between experts is revealed more clearly not through a list of experience or credentials, but through what they look at first, what they question, when they choose not to treat, and why they make different choices in the same situation—in other words, differences in judgment.
DELTA BRANDING focuses on identifying these recurring differences in judgment
and translating them into language that customers can understand and compare.
- A branding strategy that leads to reputation, not advertising.
Local professionals don’t need to be known by everyone across the country.
Instead, when a specific problem arises, “For this problem, I should go to this person.”
The thought should come to mind first.
To do this, you need to design content marketing so that customers can discover → understand → compare → remember experts and tell others about them.
- How long will local-based professional business owners have to rely on marketing?
If inquiries stop when you stop advertising, you fall behind your competitors again when you reduce your content, and
you have to start yet another marketing campaign every time a new platform emerges, doesn’t that sound terrifying?
This lecture does not cover how to advertise effectively or how to produce a large amount of content.
Starting with how trust goods differ from ordinary products,
Why is it difficult for professionals to rely solely on conventional marketing methods?
Why USP and personal branding alone are not enough
What strategies are available for location-based professionals?
What are the true branding assets that experts possess?
How can you translate your expertise into language that customers can understand?
What strategies are needed to build a reputation for your name and expertise while reducing reliance on advertising?
We explain it with specific examples.
- If you continue advertising and creating content but don’t feel you have a clear point of differentiation from your competitors,
- If you’re at a loss for how to explain your expertise to customers,
- If you’re unsure what to do because there are so many approaches, such as a USP and personal branding,
- If you want to move beyond competing on price and advertising,
- If you want to build a lasting brand based on your name and expertise, then this is for you.
Through this free live session, you’ll discover why a separate brand growth strategy tailored to Trust Goods is necessary and where to start.
Creating brands where expertise becomes reputation.
That is DELTA BRANDING’s mission.
