    Hello! I am Dr. Jake (Jake Strategic Consulting Co., Ltd.), an instructor who connects field-proven B2B strategy and planning to actual 'execution'.

    For 25 years, I have carried out strategy, business planning, and marketing at global companies such as IBM, Samsung Electronics, Cisco, Oracle, Siemens, and TmaxSoft, creating "execution-oriented strategies that don't just end as reports" directly in the field.


    This lecture is designed with templates and coaching to complete the Strategy/Planning → Prioritization → KPI → Execution Roadmap all at once, rather than focusing on memorizing theory or abstract frameworks.

    Additionally, I lecture on B2B Business Strategy at the Soongsil University Graduate School of Information Sciences, and I push my students to the end with case-based learning so they can "apply it to their work immediately."
