It was a great challenge that taught me how to objectively assess "Am I on the right track?" and helped me discover "What do I really want to become?" It's important for us to know how to achieve our career goals. That's why the coaching instructor also taught us the 'tools' to design our own careers, while advising us not to become too obsessed with those tools. The instructor helped alleviate my overwhelming worries by providing direction for my career - whether I'm moving in the right direction, need to pivot elsewhere, or should stay on course - and showing me the methods to navigate these decisions. Each mission included experiences and insights the coach gained from Amazon and Yogiyo, which connected the content well and helped me understand why we needed to complete these missions. Also, it was great to have a space where I could cheer each other on with fellow participants and exchange thoughts, whether about missions, sharing experiences, or personal reflections. Finally, the 1:1 coaching was extremely helpful. Since the coach gave me spicy feedback tailored to my specific situation regarding my career, it felt much more impactful and relatable. (The mission feedback provided every weekly session is also quite spicy.) I strongly recommend this to anyone who's worried about their career and wants some spicy feedback.
I strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to grow their career from being an 'employee' to becoming a 'professional'! I was deeply impressed by Mentor Won Mi-young's professional demeanor that I had seen at other lectures, and when I heard the news that she was starting a new course on Inflearn, I applied immediately without hesitation. While I had been contemplating my career for quite some time, I encountered a major turning point through this Builders Code course. It wasn't just a simple lecture, but real 'coaching' that allowed me to look deeply into myself as a person through a curriculum that helped me establish direction for the future. Thanks to the structural approach and realistic advice needed for career design, along with warm yet realistic and clear mentoring, my previously vague concerns were resolved one by one. Particularly through the questions and exercises in the lectures, as I redefined my values and strengths, I actually gained new motivation and energy. The composition is perfect, including the 1:1 coaching after the final session. Although I'm writing this course review very late due to overlapping busy schedules, the 4-week challenge was a precious time where I could fully contemplate and reflect on my career. Perhaps because I was with people who had similar concerns, I also built a lot of inner intimacy 😊😊 Based on this challenge, I will continue to grow steadily!

Watching the advancement of AI and the frozen job market, I felt fear about the uncertain future as a developer with 12 years of experience. In a fateful situation, I discovered a challenge that was perfect for me, and for 4 weeks I poured my priorities into the coaching process. The vague anxiety of the first day has now transformed into excitement and motivation, thinking "How should I handle the tasks I need to solve going forward?" after completing the challenge. It was a great opportunity to receive valuable and sincere feedback from experts, and my narrow perspective has broadened. Looking at the completed 3-year action plan, rather than the fearful feelings I had before receiving coaching, I gained confidence that "If I act according to this plan, I will become a more developed version of myself." I've taken many courses on Inflearn, but this is my number one in life. I sincerely thank you.
