Each week, you’ll create solutions in your own private repository and submit them via GitHub PRs. We’ll check the submission format and incorporate AI reviews for each problem. After five weeks, you’ll walk away with “10 explainable solution records” that you can pull out and use as-is in real coding tests.

You do not copy and submit a GitHub URL. The DINGCO website guides you through preparing your personal repository, creating mission branches and PRs, and checking reviews.

On the first Monday evening, we’ll first show on screen how the five weeks are run. The problems and branches will be prepared in advance, and you can follow the actual process as-is, from preparing the crew channel to the submission button opening.
The participation link will be announced on Discord before the start.
Starting from Week 2, leave a brief comment on the PR, and the crew will share only what they got stuck on and alternative approaches.

Participants should not write anything beyond a brief comment on the mission. The crew +5 is separate from individual completion.
This challenge does not provide lectures or textbooks. Instead, it combines weekly practical problems, a personal private repository, GitHub PR submissions, submission format checks, problem-specific AI reviews, and peer reviews into one workflow that keeps you executing through to the end.

Check your basic algorithm skills with 6 easy multiple-choice questions. You pass if you answer at least 4 of the 6 questions correctly, which unlocks the GitHub connection step. If you need improvement in certain areas, you can purchase supplementary lectures separately or review familiar materials before taking the test again.
No. The Dingo website guides you through preparing a personal repository, creating a mission branch, and opening a PR with buttons. Participants only need to write their solution and explanation locally and push them to that branch. There is no submission method that involves pasting a PR URL or entering code on the website.
Detailed reviews are available on the Dingo Challenge page and in GitHub PR comments. Discord is a space for reading materials, questions, casual conversation, and weekly operational announcements; personal review cards are not posted there. Security-sensitive changes or low-confidence judgments are not merged automatically and are reviewed by an administrator.
After passing the preliminary assessment, first complete the preparation of your GitHub account and personal repository, then connect them at the end. Once connected, your role for Algorithm Challenge Cohort 2 and your permissions for the announcements, reading materials, questions, and free discussion channels will be set up, allowing you to share questions and progress with other participants on the crew’s Discord.
No. The companion course is a separate optional product for preparatory learning; it is neither a requirement for participating in the challenge nor an included product. If you feel that you lack sufficient understanding of a concept during the challenge, you can supplement your learning with the 30% discount coupon provided to applicants.
Write your solution code in the `submit/<mission>` branch of your private repository, and record your interpretation of the problem, rationale for your choices, time and space complexity, and revision process in `evidence/<mission>.md`, then submit it as a GitHub PR. Checks for the branch, solution file, and evidence format, along with an AI review for each problem, are left on the same PR, and for external problems, the Programmers pass result is also recorded in the evidence.
Crews usually consist of 5–6 people, and their member lists remain hidden until the public announcement. Participant registration and the pre-assessment close at 19:00 on the Wednesday of the start week, and the crew lists and dedicated Discord channels are revealed at 20:00 that same day. The Week 1 problems, personal repositories, and mission branches can be prepared in advance, and the PR submission button is automatically activated at 21:00 that same day. Official reviews and scores are based first on passing PRs from your own crew; if there are no eligible PRs, PRs from other crews in the same cohort are also opened, with one per week provisionally counted cumulatively. Detailed score sheets are not disclosed. Once the final scores are confirmed after the challenge ends, only the winning crews that have consented will be featured in the Hall of Fame with their GitHub badges and publicly disclosed names.
No. This is a free challenge where you complete real-world algorithm problems over five weeks through submissions and feedback. The 10-week bootcamp is a separate program that covers project feedback and job preparation in greater depth.
