I was worried when I signed up because it was my first time doing lettering, but I was able to follow along easily because you taught me step-by-step from the very beginning! You shared many practical "pro tips" used in the field, and your feedback was detailed and kind—clearly pointing out both what I did well and what needed improvement—which helped me improve significantly compared to when I started. I was truly touched that you took the time to give individual feedback to each student even outside of class hours; it was so helpful 🥹. It was also great to be able to see other students' work, which helped me develop a better eye for design and motivated me to work even harder. I gained so much from this course that if you have another class in the future, I would absolutely want to take it again! Thank you for providing such a great experience ☺️

I have always felt a lack of knowledge in typography and wanted to receive feedback and lessons from industry professionals. I found out about the course too late and missed the first session, so I set an alarm for the second session and waited to sign up. Even though I am a design major, I wasn't very good at Illustrator or Photoshop, so I used to procrastinate on my work or finish it haphazardly. However, thanks to the teacher's detailed feedback and the well-structured curriculum, I completed the course with a genuine desire to do well! If you are considering taking the class for the third session, I highly recommend it! haha

It was a truly satisfying lecture! It was very beneficial because I could learn a wide range of topics, from practical business insights to methods for developing concepts. The assignments were fun to work on, and above all, the detailed feedback provided every time allowed me to learn so much and grow throughout the process!

I wanted to try my hand at colorful typography work but didn't know where to start, which is why I signed up for this class. The curriculum was well-structured over the six weeks, and the lessons were conducted in a way that allowed me to develop my project step-by-step, helping me stay focused and complete the assignments until the very end. Furthermore, the meticulous feedback on my assignments made me feel like I was truly improving as I worked. The instructor also provided thoughtful, detailed responses to my individual questions, which was a huge help. In particular, I felt frustrated when I couldn't properly implement the designs I had in mind because I wasn't proficient in Photoshop. However, when I asked about it, the instructor suggested great ways to visually realize my concepts, which helped me immensely. Thanks to this, I feel like I've moved one step closer to becoming a designer. I also learned about "packshot design" for the first time through this class and developed a great interest in that field. I believe this class would be beneficial for anyone with even a slight interest in design, not just typography. Thank you for leading such a great class until the very end!

This is a class that made me feel glad I signed up throughout the entire lecture. I gained so much, from the basic concepts of typography to how to derive ideas and various Photoshop effects. The feedback was very thorough, and during the 1-on-1 feedback sessions via private message, they even helped me find reference images and explained which expressions would be more effective, making it much easier to set the direction for my work! Since I was returning to design after preparing for a different career path, I had a long hiatus and was worried if I could do well. However, following along step-by-step in the workshop allowed me to produce results in no time. In particular, seeing other students' work and listening to their feedback together was very helpful. I am so, so happy that Wonderkey's class was the first one I took after deciding to pursue design again. I truly mean it! Thanks to you, I've completely fallen for the charm of typo-lettering.
