The strength to protect yourself through a tough day: 2-Week Emotional Recovery Challenge, Season 3
This is a 14-day emotion recording challenge where you spend 5–10 minutes a day filling out the same worksheet to record the state of your body and mind. Each day, you will briefly check your pain, energy, and emotions, and leave a single line about your feelings that day. The goal is not to write well, but to record so that you don't lose sight of yourself in the present. Based on my experience of enduring times when painful days outnumbered healthy ones through recording, I designed this in a way that is sustainable without being overwhelming. It’s okay not to be perfect. With a structure that allows you to return even if you miss a day, this challenge helps you find your own path to recovery at your own pace.
The 3rd Emotional Recovery Challenge started today.
Hello, I'm Sua.
Starting today,
the 3rd Emotional Recovery Challenge has begun.
Some have already left their first record,
while others might still be opening the first page.
This 3rd session is
not a time to resolve to change something, but
14 days to observe yourself exactly as you are now..
Checking the day's weather,
recording the difficulty level of getting through today,
and if possible, leaving a single sentence for yourself.
That is enough.
It's okay if you don't record much,
it's okay to take a break in the middle,
and there is no problem at all if you skip a day.
This challenge is
divided into 7-day segments.
The first 7 days are
a time to notice my state,
and the next 7 days are
a time to spend a little more time with the self I've noticed.
It has already started, but
it's never too late to join.
Go at your own pace,
and we can walk together quietly.
