해결했습니다. procfile 띄어쓰기 문제였던것 같습니다.

헤로쿠에서 H10 에러코드는 앱이 다운되거나, 부팅 시간이 과도하게 길어질 때 발생합니다. 프로젝트를 빌드하거나 실행할 때, 에러가 없다면 아래의 사항들을 하나씩 확인해주시길 바랍니다. package.json 파일의 engines의 node와 npm 버전 package.json 파일의 start와 build 명령어 (혹시 start 명령어에 nodemon을 사용하셨다면, node로 바꿔주시길 바랍니다.) Procfile, root dir에 있어야 합니다. 환경변수 (port, mongoURL 등) 세팅 API 키들은 헤로쿠 앱에도 정상적으로 등록되어 있는지 확인하시길 바랍니다. heroku에 push할 때 서버폴더를 루트디렉토리로 푸쉬하였는지 위 다섯개의 항목을 확인해보시고 다시 한번 push 해보세요 :)
