git의 [whois] - [final] 프로젝트 실행 시, The above error occurred in task anonymous 오류가 발생합니다.

안녕하세요. 완성된 프로젝트로 구동원리를 이해해 보려 git에서 [whois] 폴더의 [final]을 내려받아 npm install - npm start를 했는데 아래와 같이 오류가 발생합니다.
기본페이지, signup, login 모두 마찬가지 입니다.
makeFetchSaga 가 문제 인가 싶어서 아래 처럼 코드를 수정해도 마찬가지 결과입니다.
