development 환경으로 next build

안녕하세요 제로초님!

development 환경으로 next build를 하려고 하는데요!

package.json에 정의해놓은 대로 npm run build:dev 명령어를 입력해도 

Loaded env from {프로젝트경로}/.env.production

가 출력되면서 프로덕션 환경으로 빌드됩니다.

해결 방법이 궁금합니다!
