border 겹침은 어떻게 해결하나요?

자세히 보시면 공지사항과 보도자료 보도자료와 해명자료 사이에 border가 겹쳐서 두껍게 표시되는데요 margin-right:-1px하면 겹처지는게 사라지는데 이방법 아니면
