dotnet ef database update 문제

현재 Visual Studio 를 MacOS에서 사용중인데 

 "MyAppConnection":"Server=localhost;Database=MyApp;Trusted_Connection=True; MultipleActiveResultSets=true" } 로 수정후 (LocalDB is not supported on this platform 문제로인해) 

A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server)

에러가 뜨는데 해결방법을 잘모르겠습니다
