boilerplate 다운로드 및 npm install 시 에러

1) pytohn 홈페이지에서 python 최신버전 다운로드 2) window powershell 에서 python 입력하여 설치 버전 확인, 출력 결과물은 버전이 아닌 단순 Python 3) 윈도우에서 python 다운로드 경로 열어줌 4) 설치 5) 폴더로 돌아와서 다시 npm install, 6) 에러 해결 python이 제대로 설치되어있지 않아서 그런가봅니다
