이런 오류가 떠서 파일을 생성할수가 없습니다..

혹시 동일 이슈가 있으신 분들이 계실까봐 작성합니다.
cmd에서 위 오류가 발생할경우 anaconda prompt에서 실행하시면 정상적으로 되실거에요&nbsp;
