안녕하세요.
아마 윈도우 기본폰트에 맑은 고딕이 없는 것으로 보여집니다.
아래 명령어를 conda prompt 를 열어 설치해 주세요!
pip install koreanize-matplotlib
그리고 주피터 노트북을 열어 아래의 코드를 실행해 보세요.
koreanize_matplotlib 은 설치하고 불러오는 것만으로도 한글폰트 사용이 가능합니다.

For 아이패드 사용자
저는 출퇴근길에 아이패드에서 보다보니 환경이 조금 달랐습니다.
비슷한 경우가 있었는데 아래처럼 아이패드 기본 폰트로 설정하니 됐어요.
