pom.xml > build에 pluginManagement가 있는데 그 안에 plugin을 넣으면 안되더라고요.

build 바로 하위에 넣으세요.

빌드를 해보셨나요? mvn site를 실행해보니 target/site 디렉토리가 생기는걸 확인했습니다. 생겨요~

터미널에서 빌드했을때 jacoco자체를 인식을 못합니다 ㅜㅜ
