패키지 설치 후 빌드 오류가 난다면

android 루트가 아니라 android/app 안의 파일을 수정해주시면 되는 거 같습니다.

원인은 아마... 파이어베이스 패키지가 커서...??

flutter 재설치 후에  `flutter clean`으로 초기화 해주시고  `flutter doctor`로 체크해보신 뒤 실행해보시겠어요??
