A person who has completed a training course at an educational or training institution that provides education and training equivalent to the level of an industrial engineer for each technical qualification category, and who has been engaged in practical work in the same field of duty for at least 2 years after completion.
7. A person who has completed, or is expected to complete, a technical training course at an educational or training institution prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Labor that provides education and training equivalent to the level of an engineer (Gisa) for each technical qualification category.
8. A person who has been engaged in practical work for 4 years or more in the same occupational field as the subject they wish to apply for.
9. A person who has obtained a qualification in the same grade and category in a foreign country
10. 학점인정 등에 관한 법률 제8조의 규정에 의하여 대학 졸업자와 동등 이상의 학력을 인정받은 자 또는 같은 법 제7조의 규정에 의하여 106학점 이상을 인정받은 자
    1. Those currently enrolled in or on a leave of absence from a regular university are not eligible.
    2. Those who have earned credits under the Credit Bank System are not eligible if they are currently enrolled in or on a leave of absence from a regular university under the Higher Education Act.
11. A person who has been recognized as having an educational background equivalent to or higher than that of a junior college graduate in accordance with Article 8 of the Act on Credit Recognition, etc., and who has been engaged in practical work for at least 2 years in the same field of duty as the category they wish to apply for.
