I like that you explained the content that is used in practice. I wish the lecture content was a bit longer. I wish the course period was longer. It would be good if you shared the PPT used in the lecture.

😓

Are you working haphazardly because you're a non-major with nowhere to learn?

As the years of experience pile up, are you still stuck in planning single systems and simple websites?

Is it difficult and are you lacking confidence in executing large-scale system projects?

Are you a senior, but lack the capability to answer your junior's questions?

Are you a PL who finds RFP analysis, common system protocols, and integrated testing implementation difficult?

We have systematically established a standard web planning process that has never existed before.
I will provide detailed guidance on the step-by-step flow of web planning, from analysis to implementation, using real-world cases.
It includes methods for structuring deliverables that everyone from web planning beginners to PLs must know.
I have also included a roadmap for expanding your career into a next-generation planner, going beyond service planning and SI planning.
I will help you become a high-performing web planner. You won't have to fear any project.

No matter what project you are assigned to, you can become a high-performing web planner without any worries!!

Class Introduction

Web planning job training has come to a standstill at some point, and the only thing that still exists is training for simple site planning skills that were popular 10 years ago. We are now in an era where it is difficult to carry out numerous next-generation and SI projects with only simple service web planning capabilities for a single system. This is especially true for freelance web planners who want to be assigned to high-budget, large-scale projects.
Beyond service planning and SI planning, it is time for web planners to evolve into next-generation web planners in line with the daily advancing IT technology.
To prepare for future employment, I will share the know-how of the web planning execution process from A to Z—including RFP analysis, structure and logic design, integrated testing, and stabilization—for next-generation project web planning such as Big Data, MyData, Deep Learning, and Cloud in preparation for the upcoming Web 5.0 generation and the 4th future industry.

Why is there a shortage of next-generation web planning personnel?

Despite being projects that are integrated with IT technology and deal with future strategies, there is always a shortage of next-generation web planners. There may be several reasons, but the biggest one is that there is nowhere to learn 'next-generation (convergence) platform planning.' In a market that is constantly changing and evolving, even veterans with decades of experience in the next-generation field are still actively working due to the labor shortage, leaving them no time to train juniors and resulting in almost no professional training centers.
This is why I have opened this course.

As a field with high scarcity, expertise and treatment are guaranteed, and those with the fundamentals of web planning can sufficiently expand their scope of work.

Why you should learn next-generation convergence planning

Why should you learn next-generation convergence planning?
In the current Web 4.0 era, more than 50% of project orders are next-generation projects.
Including general SI, it is no exaggeration to say that more than two-thirds of all project orders are SI next-generation convergence projects. An even bigger reason is that more than 70% of project orders in the upcoming Web 5.0 era will be 'next-generation convergence projects,' and within the South Korean project execution environment, next-generation web planners are as important and in high demand as developers.
Next-generation convergence projects follow the demands of public institutions and corporations, and almost all projects essentially involve utilizing or developing data, AI, and the cloud.
As the demand is high and the difficulty and thematic utility are significant, entering the field as a next-generation web planner means you can handle not only next-generation projects like AI, deep learning, financial MyData, big data, cloud, and data evaluation but also SI or tech service projects integrated with other IT systems. I am confident that you will be capable of being deployed to any type of project.

🎯What you will learn

  1. Presenting a career roadmap for the direction of a web planner

  2. Learning deliverables by work process and task type, from RFP analysis to integrated design

  3. The role of a web planner during the test implementation and stabilization period

🎇Special features unique to this class

  • A professional with 24 years of experience explains the actual project site processes in detail.

  • You can master the web planning procedures and work methods for SI and next-generation projects.

  • We will teach you the practical terminology and workflow methods that web planners must know, using real-world project application cases so you can apply them directly to your work.

  • A planner who could only design single logic can now implement integrated designs, including integrated and linked logic.

  • Beyond planning single-system services focused on user flow convenience, you can plan multi-platforms that improve user system performance.

  • You can build systematic web planning theories to transition from a 2nd or 3rd generation web planner to a 4th or 5th generation web planner.

  • You can develop the theoretical and practical skills necessary to be deployed in SI and next-generation projects.

Hello

I entered the IT industry during the first venture boom in 1999, so it has already been 24 years.
Like most web planners, I started with design-oriented simple homepages as a rookie, then moved on to service planning such as operational planning and shopping mall planning.
Around 2010, starting by chance with a National Police Agency project, I established myself as a system implementation planner.
Starting with a deep learning project in 2018, I have focused on next-generation convergence planning.

Come to think of it, I have run for about 9 years in service web planning, about 10 years in integrated system (SI) web planning, and about 5 years as a next-generation convergence web planner.

Web planners must also evolve in step with the ever-advancing IT technology!
I am sharing my know-how with colleagues on the web planning execution process from A to Z—including RFP analysis, structure and logic design, deliverable creation, integrated testing, and stabilization—for next-generation projects such as Big Data, MyData, and Deep Learning in preparation for the upcoming Web 5.0 era and the 4th future industry.

This was a very informative lecture. I was at a loss as I was in charge of development and PM at a startup, but thanks to this lecture, I have a clear idea of the direction I should take!

Hello~ If you are a small or medium-sized startup, you probably don't have a lot of mentors or colleagues, so I think you must have had a hard time. The reason I created this class was to help my junior colleagues who are feeling lost in this field, and I'm really happy that it was helpful. If you need more information, please let me know and I'll make a video. If you have any questions about web planning, please feel free to ask me any time and I'll give you feedback as best as I can. Thank you^^

    • Hello. I already have the file you replied to. What I was talking about was the PPT lecture notes used during the lecture. When I look at the lecture notes after some time has passed, I remember them well.. I took the class you uploaded, but when do you do the advanced course? Is there a separate advanced course?
