✨Class Introduction

Web planning job training has stalled, and the only training available is the simple website planning skills that were popular a decade ago. Today, it's difficult to handle numerous next-generation and SI projects solely with the simple service web planning skills of a single system. This is especially true for freelance web planners looking to work on large-scale projects with high unit costs.
Beyond service planning and SI planning, it is time for web planners to evolve into next-generation web planners to keep pace with the ever-evolving IT technology.
To prepare for future employment, we will share our know-how on the A-Z web planning process, from RFP analysis to structural and logic design and integration testing, to stabilization, for next-generation projects such as big data, my data, deep learning, and cloud, in preparation for the upcoming Web 5.0 generation and the 4th future industry.

Why is there a shortage of next-generation web planning talent?

Despite being a project that integrates IT technology and addresses future strategies, there's a perpetual shortage of next-generation web planners. There are many reasons for this, but the biggest one is the lack of places to learn "next-generation (convergence) platform planning." In a constantly changing and evolving market, even next-generation professionals with decades of experience are actively working in their current positions due to a shortage of skilled workers. This leaves little time to nurture juniors, and specialized training opportunities are scarce.
This is why I opened this lecture.

As a rare field, expertise and compensation are guaranteed, and those with basic web planning skills can expand their scope of work.

Why You Should Learn Next-Generation Convergence Planning

Why should you learn next-generation convergence planning?
In the current Web 4.0 generation, more than 50% of project orders are next-generation projects.
Including general SI, it's no exaggeration to say that over two-thirds of all project orders are next-generation SI convergence projects. A more significant reason is that "next-generation convergence projects" will account for over 70% of project orders for the upcoming Web 5.0 era. In South Korea's project execution environment, next-generation web planners are as important and in high demand as developers.
Next-generation convergence projects are driven by the needs of public institutions and corporations, and most projects require the use or development of data, artificial intelligence, and the cloud.
As the demand is high, the difficulty level and topic utilization are high. If you enter as a next-generation web planner, you can easily handle next-generation projects such as AI, deep learning, financial my data, big data, cloud, and data evaluation, as well as other IT system integration SI and tech service projects. We are confident that you can be deployed in all types of projects.

Hello

I entered the IT industry during the first venture boom in 1999, so it has already been 24 years.
Like most web planners, I started with design-oriented simple homepages as a rookie, then moved on to service planning such as operational planning and shopping mall planning.
Around 2010, starting by chance with a National Police Agency project, I established myself as a system implementation planner.
Starting with a deep learning project in 2018, I have focused on next-generation convergence planning.

Come to think of it, I have run for about 9 years in service web planning, about 10 years in integrated system (SI) web planning, and about 5 years as a next-generation convergence web planner.

Web planners must also evolve in step with the ever-advancing IT technology!
I am sharing my know-how with colleagues on the web planning execution process from A to Z—including RFP analysis, structure and logic design, deliverable creation, integrated testing, and stabilization—for next-generation projects such as Big Data, MyData, and Deep Learning in preparation for the upcoming Web 5.0 era and the 4th future industry.

It was good to study the entire SI project as a preview. However, I feel that the detailed learning content of the section is interrupted, which is a pity. Can I learn more when I purchase the next curriculum?

Hello, Due to many requests to separate the career roadmap and the basic course content, I have separated the steps. Of course, there is also a course that integrates the career roadmap and basic course content... It seems that you, Aeongshin, have chosen to take the separated lectures. If you want to take the basic course, you may want to take my lecture, "Intermediate to Advanced Technical Stack Needed for Junior Planners: Web Planning Basic Course [Project Standard Workflow]." Thank you.
