How is it different from a typical Scrum Master course?

The official Scrum Master course focuses only on Scrum, including the values and philosophy of Scrum, sprint planning, and reviews. However, it is very difficult to carry out an actual development project using only the contents covered in Scrum. On the other hand, this course covers not only the contents covered in the original Scrum, but also how to apply the concepts of Lean Startup and Design Thinking to Scrum projects, and how to solve various issues encountered during actual development projects in an agile manner. For example, in Scrum, there is no mention of the sprint preparation phase called Sprint 0, but in reality, sprint preparation activities are necessary before full-scale sprint development.
