I run a medical marketing agency company. I established it in 2012 together with two other co-representatives. Starting with 60 million won in revenue in the first year, we now have 6.5 billion won in current revenue and work with 30 employees.

Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I experienced countless failures, but in the process of overcoming these failures, I accumulated a wealth of know-how. From the basic starting point of entrepreneurship - business registration and tax invoice issuance - to the process of company growth, I want to provide generous help for your beginning.

For those who have decided to start a company but feel overwhelmed about where and how to begin preparations, I would like to share the know-how I've gained from starting my business 9 years ahead of you.

I started my own business to find the work I wanted to do, the challenges I wanted to take on. But those around me tried to dissuade me, and I couldn't be certain myself!
However, the results were different from everyone's expectations. That's why I can tell you this!

I prepared this content because I wanted to give courage even to someone like me.

Startups! Not everyone fails!

The company I run was founded in 2002 and has continued to grow without stopping ever since. How was this possible?

While you can start a business alone, once it becomes commercialized, you cannot do everything by yourself. Even if you could, whether you can maintain high quality while continuing the work sustainably is a separate issue. How much time your physical and mental strength can remain focused is another matter entirely.

Besides myself, I worked with two other co-representatives, and in the early stages of the business, each of us did the work of three people to establish the foundation of the business, then grew the company while hiring more staff. Beyond just hiring, we focused on developing our employees and establishing systems so that staff could work in a stable company! From the moment you stop working alone, the company begins to truly 'grow'. The various issues that arise from this growth were sometimes overwhelming and difficult to navigate based on my experience.
