There are two ways to prevent advanced glycation end products from accumulating. One is to eat less carbohydrates and the other is to exercise to lose as much as you eat. We introduce a fun training method that allows you to exercise while eating without the pain of holding back food.

If you can't make time to go to the gym, or if PT is somehow burdensome. For those of you who have put off exercising for various reasons, here is a lecture for you! We've relieved boredom with 100 exercises that even beginners can do. And it only takes 10 minutes a day! Take care of your health without burden at home.
