Hello, I'm Podore, and I'd like to share with you real-world examples of OKR implementation in businesses and explore solutions together. After graduating from college, I started working in performance management at an SK Group affiliate. Currently, I'm a corporate practitioner working in the areas of OKR and organizational culture at an IT company.
