What you will gain after the course

  • Conversation practice with simple verbs

  • How to speak sentences and sentence memorization

You can have a Chinese conversation with just one word!

When you start learning Chinese, you will repeat the process of memorizing and forgetting many words countless times. However, when you actually have a chance to speak Chinese using those words, you often miss the timing to speak because you worry about how to use them correctly. In order to minimize such regrettable moments, I will present some examples of how to speak even one word .

A lesson in just one word? 🤔

Are you concerned that your vocabulary will be lacking and that the cost-effectiveness will be poor?

A person who knows a lot of words but has difficulty expressing them in words, or a person who can clearly express the words he knows . Which situation would you choose?

The characteristic of this lecture is that it uses a minimum of grammar terms (subject, verb, predicate, object, etc.) and the rest is taught in a way that leads to actual practice . If you follow the lecture lightly and practice out loud, you will feel that the amount of practice is overwhelmingly greater than that of conversation classes held at regular academies.

If you are this type of person, let's join together!

chinese?

For those who want to learn something lightly

awe

A person who knows a lot of words but can't get them out of their mouths

In order to solve a problem, you need to clearly know what you don't know . I think it's a good idea to start by simply looking it up in a dictionary. Even after you do that, I think there will be parts that you still have questions about. At that time, please visit the 'One Day Learning Chinese Blog' that I run and leave a question in the guestbook. If you leave a question, I will check it and upload a lecture through my YouTube channel, so please actively use it!

What you'll learn 📚

Practice constructing and speaking sentences using Chinese verbs. (Practice the sentence 看 meaning 'to see')

(Practice sentences using the word 说 meaning 'to speak')

Expected Questions Q&A 💬

Q. There aren't many lectures available right now.. Are you still offering free lectures?

Yes :) Free lectures will be uploaded on my YouTube channel first, and once a certain number of lectures are uploaded, I will update them on Inflearn!

Q. Do you have any separate materials? I don't have any materials, so it's hard to write everything by hand!

I didn't prepare any materials separately! Because I think it would be really helpful if you tried writing it out by hand, and since it's a free lecture, I thought you might download the materials and just feel the joy of collecting them, so I didn't prepare any materials on purpose! I really hope you try writing it out by hand at least once!

Q. Do you only teach conversation classes? Do you have any plans to upload other classes?

There are many lectures I want to upload now, but I am currently focusing on creating teaching materials. I plan to renew the free lectures and Chinese for three-year-olds and Chinese for seven-year-olds first, and I am also preparing reading lectures, pronunciation correction lectures, and grammar lectures!

The story of Chinese language instructor Kim Tae-young

This is the schedule from my days teaching at the academy, a time filled with youthful ambition and passion. They were good times, but back then, I didn't know how to take care of myself, and I nearly collapsed several times during lectures due to overwork.

Whenever I felt my consciousness fading for a moment, I would lean against the chalkboard as if I were writing on it. Part of it was because I didn't want the students to feel anxious, but I was also grateful to be able to lecture like this. I endured it by thinking that it was only natural to be tired and exhausted since my lectures were so well-loved.

This is a photo from the conversation class at that time. In the conversation class, I taught in a way that encouraged a lot of speaking, and the students started bringing me drinks from the second day after attending the first class. Their passion fired me up even more. There was even a time when we received a complaint because my voice and the students' voices were echoing into other classrooms. At that moment, I thought, "Ah, I'm doing a great job," and put even more heat into the lecture.

It was a course where we watched dramas together, practiced speaking, and learned the process of translating Chinese into Korean. Since it was a class I really wanted to teach, it was held as a special weekend lecture without a tuition fee, and unexpectedly, many people showed up. There weren't enough seats in the designated classroom, so we had no choice but to arrange extra chairs to make space. Although they aren't visible, there were people sitting on chairs at the back of the room to listen to the lecture, and I felt so bad for them. So, I spoke with the director and moved the class to a larger room starting from the next session. Even after moving, we had to create more spots than the original capacity, but I was relieved that we could at least provide desks. It was such an enjoyable class.

I remember how much the students' reviews gave me strength when I was teaching. Students who were with me from Conversation Level 1 to HSK wrote down their stories, and thanks to their sincerity, I think I was able to keep my sense of gratitude and always strive to deliver better lectures.

Haru Learning, the story that hasn't ended yet

说 하드트레이닝.JPG

Currently, I am working in a small office, creating my own textbooks, providing private Chinese tutoring, and developing various courses to teach Chinese.

"Join a company and live a stable life." I received a lot of realistic advice like this, but

I want to do this work. I must do this work. Therefore, I will do this work.

IMG_0251.jpg

As I handwrite my thoughts on what 'my own lecture' should be, film my lectures to observe myself, and sit in the quiet lab after finishing a session to enjoy a moment of solitude, I prepare for the next lecture with the belief that I can deliver even better content and better teaching with improved materials.

IMG_2806.jpg

I will not give up on the Chinese proficiency level that the student aims to reach.

If it is content that the student must know, I will stay with them, repeating it over and over again until they can do it.

If a student is anxious about whether they can succeed, I will reassure them through both the process and the results.

Thank you.
