It's no exaggeration to say that learning this mindset requires long-term training, and the level of results is determined by the level of training. In UX, personas, the result of understanding customers, serve as the basis for all important decisions throughout the project.

Digital transformation is at a point where it's about enabling human-to-human communication. The UX for human-to-human communication, which is both "ah" and "uh," must address what truly matters to humans.
- Comedian Shin Dong-yup says that he made an effort in his daily life to make his family laugh while growing up, but his efforts in daily life go beyond simply applying a methodology.
- Patricia Moore, a designer in her 20s who is often mentioned in UX, dressed up as an 80-year-old woman and tried to understand the position of the elderly.
