What is the Coding Essential Competency Qualification, PCCE?

In these days when basic coding skills are important even for non-developers, Programmers has developed the Programmers Certified Coding Essentials (PCCE) exam to objectively measure coding skills. PCCE is a qualification exam that evaluates programming grammar and algorithm basic skills for non-majors and beginner/intermediate learners, and can verify the skills essential for digital talent.

Through the PCCE exam and related education, you can develop the computational thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills required for digital talent. Companies use it for education and evaluation to strengthen the digital capabilities of their employees, and universities and educational institutions use it for introductory coding education and achievement evaluation.

The PCCE exam can be taken in one of three development languages: Python, Java, or C++. It consists of a total of 10 questions in three types (fill in the blank, debugging, and code writing). If you score 400 points or more out of 1000, you are considered to have passed. Depending on your score, you will be given a different certification level (LV.), and a certificate will be issued for each certification level.
