2018 Do It! Android App Programming (5th Edition, Oreo)

This Android app programming course is a video lecture delivered directly by Dr. Jaegon Jeong, Korea's leading Android programmer and technical book author. The fifth, fully revised edition of "Do it! Android App Programming" has been released. This "2018 Do it! Android App Programming" course has completed source code testing for Android 8.0 (Oreo).

We've also carefully covered the usage of the upgraded "Android Studio 3.0" version, striving to meet the beginner's level. With over 100 lessons and a 50-day progress plan, this is a massive course. From setting up the development environment, we provide step-by-step explanations, so even beginners with no prior development experience can easily learn Android development by following along step by step. The practical yet extensive content will also be of great help to intermediate Android developers.

Jeong Jae-gon

Dr. Jaegon Jeong is Korea's top Android expert, having worked extensively in both domestic and international development sites and lecture halls. He is also renowned as an instructor who teaches Android instructors, and he has designed T Academy's Android curriculum since the launch of the first Android device. He is currently the CTO of UNS Networks, a mobile consulting firm, holds a Ph.D. from Seoul National University Graduate School, and majored in GIS. He also served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Computer Science at Seoul Digital University. He is an Android expert instructor at SK Telecom T Academy and has authored Android programming textbooks for SK Telecom T Academy. He has over 10 years of experience consulting, designing, and developing mobile software domestically and internationally, including designing and developing mobile embedded databases, mobile servers, and Java VMs for mobile devices. He is also the author of "Technology for Java Android."
