His interest in the web began back in the Dreamweaver 1.2 days. Since then, he has focused on utilizing web technologies such as HTML, DHTML (Dynamic HTML), CSS, and JavaScript, and has written several books on the web, spanning web design and programming. He was the first Korean author to introduce HTML5 with "Do it! HTML5+CSS3," and his book "Do it! HTML5+CSS3: The Essentials of Web Standards," which compiles all the tags in HTML5 and CSS3, has become a bestseller in the web programming field. He lectured on web fundamentals (HTML) at Korea Digital University and gave a lecture on "All About HTML5 and CSS3" at the Korea Electronics and Telecommunications Industry Promotion Association. He is a Microsoft Certified Most Valuable Professional and a web expert at UserAgents, a provider of Microsoft HTML5 information.
