Five additional recruits for the 5th month of mentoring (DirectX11 2D introduction) ... and new curriculum announcement
We are starting to recruit for the 5th month of mentoring.
https://inf.run/XMhw
Subject: [Game Programmer Job Guide] Part 5 Introduction to DirectX11 2D
Location: Online (Discord + KakaoTalk group chat)
Date: Every Sunday in February (February 5/12/19/26)
Time: 1pm - 7pm (6x4=24 hours)
Cost: 440,000 won
- We are recruiting people who are willing to study earnestly with the goal of finding a job.
** College students who have a lot of exams left, or those who want to try it out as a hobby
In general, it is difficult for those who do not have much time to follow along realistically. **
It is not first-come, first-served, but priority is given to existing participants.
If there are any remaining seats, we will recruit people based on their reasons for wanting to participate.
Once recruitment is complete, we will close the mentoring.
So far, [C++][Algorithm/STL][Windows API][Game Server Special Lecture] has been held.
Finally, after 5 months, we have moved on to the rendering part of [DX11 2D Introduction].
DX is a course that is expected to take 4~5 months and involves learning the basics of DX in 2D.
It will sequentially cover game math, 3D rendering, and learning the ImGUI tool.
After completing all the courses, you can expect to have an improved understanding of the game engine.
You are now ready to create your 3D portfolio.
Due to the nature of the DX process, it is not easy to recruit additional students in the middle.
We are recruiting 5 more people than the initial target number. (Recruitment ends when recruiting is completed)
PS. Regarding the bonus lecture
There is also a process of testing and remaking various new lecture curricula from time to time.
Since it will be conducted live on Discord, mentoring students can participate as a bonus.
This month, the remake of Part 1 of the [Creating with C# and Unity] series, C# lecture, is given high priority.
PS2. Regarding the Unreal Curriculum series
The Unreal curriculum is also being produced steadily.
Part 4 of the Unreal lecture is on track to be completed by February, but
It's hard for me to say for sure because I've been working on higher priority projects lately.
PS3. New curriculum preview!
[Unreal Engine source code modification & analysis] [UE open world asynchronous technology] [Character customization], etc.
We are planning a super-gap curriculum that will cover special high-end technologies.
I'm aiming to serialize it starting in the second half of the year, and I'm not making it by myself.
We invite the best experts in the country and receive technical advice.
We are discussing the curriculum together, so I think you can look forward to it!
Ultimately, we will study the special technologies and make them easily accessible and widely disseminated.
I hope this will be an online version of Game Programming Gems.
This is one of our key goals for this year and we are pushing it forward with the highest priority.
[Super Gap Series][High-end Series][Cheon Ki Leak Series][AAA Series][1% Series][GameDev Gems]
~ Series names are also being recommended :D
Looks like 2023 is going to be a busy year!
thank you!
