If you have basic knowledge of CSS, I recommend it. This lecture mainly covers the basics of SASS, and since it is a lecture that explains step by step, it seems to be structured so that you can learn it without having to memorize it. After listening to the lecture, I recommend that you do some more in-depth study through Google. When I actually applied it to my work, I often felt that working with SASS made my work faster and style management became much easier. I highly recommend SASS! :)
