As with the introductory lecture, the lecture content is too long and important content is about 1 minute per session. I think there is a difference between explaining in detail and repeating and stretching the words. I think it may be suitable for those who are new to Notion, but I recommend listening at 2x speed and slowing down only for parts that you don't understand well.
