The biggest luck I've had at my company is meeting good people. Among them, I think it's really lucky to have met seniors who I trust, follow, and ask questions to learn from. I wanted to learn another technology, so I left those seniors and came to do backend development. This time, these lectures are taking over the role of those seniors. It's not superficial, but it's really fun because they give you fundamental stories that you can understand at your current level. And I also remember the professor from college who made me code a lot and showed me what worked and what didn't, and explained the theory.
