I was worried about having to learn something new with a collaboration tool, but I think Figma is the perfect fit for learning as an attribute. When I went into the design guide, I was disappointed that it omitted the basic items that I would naturally know, but I liked that it specifically explained the advantages of using Figma. And it was very helpful that it was explained in detail for each capture, and that there were specific examples of parts that are absolutely necessary in practice. When I read the explanation, it felt like I was reading the work notes of active designers, developers, and planners.
