I think this is a really good lecture for people who don't know much about app development. People who don't know any programming languages at all may need some prior learning, but both the first and second introductions are really well explained. Personally, I think it goes through the workflow that I thought I needed to study for app development. I really enjoyed the lecture, covering the basics of programming languages, hardware knowledge, UI for storyboards, and practical app development.
