Basically, if you only want to write a bulletin board, then yes, it is possible. If your goal is not to learn how to build a house, but to just assemble parts of an already built house... and if you don't mind building the house from the roof instead of the foundation, then you can listen without any problems. However, as others have said, the lecture speed is ridiculously fast and there are too many omitted explanations. The development method is also Model 1, so it is not recommended for those who are aiming for development.
