I had been creating and using rubrics to evaluate LLM outputs personally, and this course was helpful because it allowed me to understand my existing approach in a more systematic way. It provided a comprehensive overview of the entire LLM evaluation process—including not only rubrics but also LLM judges, evaluation datasets, and regression testing—all at once. It also helped me determine how to further develop the evaluation methods I had been using in practice. For those who are already using LLMs in their work or have created and are using their own evaluation criteria, I think this course would be very helpful from the perspective of organizing and improving upon their existing approach.
