andmlgla6439's honest review, Creating your own programming language course

Thank you for the lecture. However, the development environment setup document is no longer valid as of now (e.g., crates is a deprecated library, and llvm-14 is so outdated that it is difficult to install on current Ubuntu versions). It would be great if this could be updated.
