For someone just getting started in service planning or as a PM, this course may leave you thinking, “Hmm...?” As of the second half of 2026, about four or five years have passed since these courses were made...? They are admittedly somewhat old videos, but there is definitely a lot to learn from the instructor’s experience. The insights shared from years of experience are helpful. However, there were some parts where I found myself thinking, “Was that really necessary?” and I felt frustrated when the explanations went around in circles or repeated things that had already been said. Although beginners aren’t the main target audience, as a beginner, you may sometimes find the terminology and tools difficult. For example, there are instances where GitHub is mentioned without explaining what kind of service it provides... Aside from these points, I think this is a course with a lot to take away from!
