This lecture helped clear up many of the vague uncertainties I had while preparing for interviews. I was able to understand the entire process—from writing a resume and preparing for interviews to handling actual interviews and final salary negotiations—and learned what perspective to take when approaching each stage. In particular, the frequent mentions of the company's perspective allowed me to objectify myself as a candidate in the market. The viewpoint on how to find the "win-win" point for both the company and the applicant was very impressive. Thanks to this, I no longer see an interview as just a place where I am being evaluated, but as a process of confirming and aligning each other's expectations and conditions. As a result, it naturally helped me reflect on my career to see how I can appear more attractive in the job market, how to best appeal to employers, and what my future direction should be. I highly recommend this lecture not only to those preparing to change jobs but also to anyone who wants to review and assess their own career.

Thank you for your thoughtful review :) Job changes and career concerns are truly inseparable! Everything in an interview can be thought of as a very intense battle of wits. Just like the title of the lecture, I tried to include the interviewer's intent for verification and the corresponding strategies in great detail. To be honest, I haven't seen many lectures that cover such practical content :) I recommend watching the necessary parts over and over again whenever you have an interview coming up. I sincerely hope you achieve great results :)
