While writing my resume, I always worried about "what to include," but through this lecture, I realized that a resume should be viewed from the perspective of the reviewer rather than the writer. In the past, even when I failed the document screening process, I couldn't get clear feedback, so it was difficult to know what the problem was. As a result, I often ended up submitting the same resume repeatedly. This lecture helped reduce that sense of helplessness and made me think about why a resume written with so much effort might not be easily read. In particular, it's easy to think that a good resume is one that includes every skill you know and every project you've worked on, but I was deeply impressed by the point that it's more important to establish criteria for what to emphasize and what to remove. Understanding what a resume reviewer looks for and what parts make them feel fatigued will be a huge help in reorganizing my own resume. I highly recommend this lecture not only to those writing a developer resume for the first time but also to those who keep failing the document stage without knowing why, and those who lack a standard for what to include or exclude in their resume!!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! Since the recruitment process often lacks the opportunity to provide feedback to candidates, those kinds of issues seem inevitable. I'm so glad to hear that you gained a new perspective through the lecture! I hope this helps you with your future resume writing. Thank you!
