I also took this course in February and successfully landed a job at a major corporation during the first half of this year. I believe your algorithm-solving skills improve in proportion to the time you invest. This course allows you to invest that time efficiently, and since the quality of the lectures and problems is excellent, you will definitely get a lot out of it as long as you put in the effort. If you are looking to prepare for coding tests systematically, I think this is a course well worth recommending.
