Hello, thank you for the kind words. I'm glad to hear it's been helpful! While there isn't a single right answer, in my personal opinion, the TODO skill falls into the realm of detail. Therefore, it would be best to open a session within each repo that knows the code structure best and use it by referencing the PRD/SRS deliverables in the solution root. Also, the files I shared are general-purpose configurations designed for as many people as possible. Rather than using them as-is, I recommend removing skills you don't use and customizing them to fit your specific work environment. In my own work, I also add company-specific domain rules or project-exclusive skills to tailor the environment to my needs. The video was also just a share of how I personally use it, so please use it as a reference for your work.
