This review was written subjectively after personally taking the course using a lecture coupon provided through the Colice Lab Supporters program. The course covers everything from Agile and Scrum theory to hands-on practice with JIRA and Confluence in a single flow, making it easy to follow even for someone using collaboration tools for the first time. The best part was how it demonstrated the step-by-step process of converting a PRD into a backlog and managing/retrospecting a sprint, which allowed me to apply it to actual team projects immediately. By covering details such as customizing issue types, timeline dependencies, and utilizing labels, it went beyond simple tool usage and prompted me to re-examine the way I work. As a condensed and practical 4-hour course that organizes the overall collaboration workflow, I highly recommend it to anyone in the beginning stages of a team project.
