ash's honest review, JIRA and Confluence for Immediate Practical Application course

I liked that Jira and Confluence were explained based on actual collaboration workflows rather than just a simple introduction of features. Furthermore, by explaining not just how to use the tools but also why they are operated that way, I was able to deepen my understanding of the Agile process. Even for someone like me without prior practical experience, it was a lecture that allowed me to indirectly experience team collaboration processes. The balance between Agile theory and hands-on practice using Jira and Confluence was appropriate, and it was especially helpful that templates and operational tips frequently used in the industry were shared. This review was written subjectively after taking the course using a lecture coupon provided through the Colice Lab Supporters program.
