"This review was written subjectively after taking the course using a lecture coupon provided through the Colice Lab Supporters program." We introduced Jira and Confluence when we started our team project, but honestly, we had only been using them as glorified notepads for jotting down tasks. However, after taking this course, I feel like I finally understand why these tools are necessary and how to use them to actually boost the team's productivity. If you are just setting up a project or feel frustrated because you are using collaboration tools but not utilizing them properly, I think this course will serve as a clear guideline. I plan to apply what I've learned to my upcoming projects immediately!
