There were some issues with the initial GoormIDE setup, so I used a local WSL environment instead. As a result, I couldn't fully absorb the final section, but I believe this is an effective lecture for beginners to understand Ruby on Rails. Up to Section 3, it is easy to follow even with just a little bit of web experience.
